Fatto Bene

Exhibition design and set up for Fatto Bene, by Flatwig Studio. Location: Santuario di Santa Maria dei Miracoli presso San Celso, Milan.
Fatto Bene presents a selection of furnishings and products differing in craftsmanship, materials, and types. Inside the space, the furnishings are arranged as if in prayer, individually, spaced apart from each other, creating a fluid and open path. The support surfaces that accompany the visitors around the space were made from textured glass with Cathedral finish and bronze color, echoing the materiality of the Antica Chiesa, while the support structures are made of recycled and brushed metal tubing, to enhance light and spatial interactions.
The main entrance and the linearity of the central avenue are enhanced by the placement of two velvet satin tents with the "Fatto Bene” logo on the side doors of the church. The velvet satin fabric recalls typical religious garments and curtains, at the same time contrasting with the freshness of the logo. All supports and materials created for the exhibition will be reused or sold to give them a second life.

Fatto bene is an exhibition curated by Teo Sandigliano. Designers: Francesco Faccin, Lorenzo Damiani, Maddalena Casadei, Zanellato Bortotto, Federica Biasi, Giuseppe Arezzi, Francesco Forcellini, Matteo Di Ciommo, TIPSTUDIO, Maddalena Selvini, Isato Prugger.
