Vivaio

This set-up project, commissioned by mm Studio on the occasion of their press day, was designed around the concept of an “urban nursery.” Fashion and lifestyle collections were presented using Danish container trolleys, commonly employed in nurseries to transport plants and flowers. The trolleys were elevated and reinterpreted as modular display structures by cladding their surfaces in a deep blue carpet, the same material covering the floor. This intervention not only softened their industrial identity but also visually connected them to the environment, creating a cohesive and immersive spatial language. Through this transformation, the trolleys became platforms for a curated landscape of textures, colors, and objects, suggesting an interplay between natural growth and urban aesthetics. The result was a dynamic, open, and spontaneous environment that reflected both the identity of mm Studio and the narrative rhythm of a contemporary cityscape.
